John, a New Orleans native, relocated to the Pacific Northwest over a decade ago. Following his passion for the outdoors, John decided to put down roots in Eastern Washington. He enjoys everything the Wenatchee Valley has to offer, from season passes at Mission Ridge to kayaking the rivers and lakes and hiking and camping throughout the region, truly making Wenatchee his home.

After purchasing some local investment properties, John discovered a new passion and began shifting his career priorities. He started Invest Property Management to help other investors benefit from real estate investments with experienced guidance and the convenience of a dedicated property manager.

With over two decades of marketing and sales expertise, Melissa Kenady brings a unique level of care to the Wenatchee Valley real estate market. Before founding Kenady Real Estate Group, Melissa spent years as a healthcare executive, where she mastered the art of high-stakes negotiation and client advocacy. Today, she leads a premier boutique brokerage focused on building legacies for local families. When she’s not closing deals, you’ll find her embracing the valley lifestyle—paddleboarding, hiking with her dog, or spending quality time with her three daughters, who all proudly call this valley home.
